1. What should I expect to happen once I place an online order? When your order is received, it will normally be processed by the next business day (Mon. - Fri.). At this time, we will notify you via email if your order contains any sold-out or back-ordered items.
2. Why is my shopping cart empty? This most likely reason is that your browser is configured to not accept "cookies." This site uses cookies in the ordering process to keep items ordered "attached" to the correct shopper. You can change your browser option to accept cookies in the preferences. For Microsoft Internet Explorer, select view and then Internet Options from the pull down menu, then select Advanced. For Netscape, select options and then select Network Preferences from the pull down menu, then select Protocols. If this does not solve your empty cart problem, please contact us via email at comments@greatlengthsshorts.com for further assistance.
3. Can you send me a catalog? We do not currently offer a print catalog. All items that Great Lengths has available are located on our on-line site. Pertinent information, including sizing, price, description, etc., is included on the page for each individual item in the web site.
4. I don't want to order on-line. Do you accept orders any other way? We offer the option of either faxing or mailing your order to us. In order to do this, add all desired items to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. Type all of your information on the order form. When prompted to select "payment method", select "Fax/Mail". You will not need to enter a credit card number. Select "continue" to print out your invoice and then fax or mail your order to the fax number/address provided.
5. When will my credit card be charged? For in-stock items, your credit card will be charged upon ordering and shipment. For backordered items, we will charge your credit card when we are able to fill your order.
6. How long will the shorts be on me? Because people are of varying heights and body types, the inseam length is located under the description of each item for your convenience. The inseam lengths on our merchandise vary from 9" - 13 1/2" depending on style. To measure your inseam length, stand normally. Measure from the crotch, along the inside of your leg. Shorts will normally fall 1 -1 ½ " longer than measurement due to a slight drop in the crotch of the garment.
7. Do you have a store where we can try on your shorts? We are sorry, but the zoning of our warehouse does not allow for customer traffic.
8. How do I determine the correct size to order? The correct size to order can be determined by using our sizing chart provided. A link to the sizing chart is located on each item page directly below the price of the item. Addition information on the fit of the particular style is included in the "Fitting Tips" on each item page.
9. During the ordering process, I am receiving a warning window saying I have requested a secure document. What does that mean? It simply means that you have entered the most secure, safest area of our site, the checkout area. This message can be somewhat intimidating if you are unfamiliar with it, but it should reassure you that you are entering a secure area for your credit card transactions. Just click to continue.
