Great Lengths wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return the item to us for a full refund of the purchase price less shipping.


GUIDELINES FOR RETURNING OR EXCHANGING MERCHANDISE

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for an exchange or refund. Follow the guidelines on the back of the sales receipt enclosed with the order. A preprinted return address label is included on the return form. The cost of your return shipping to us will be reimbursed if the return is due to manufacturer's defect or due to an error on our part. Great Lengths cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected mail, so for your protection, you may choose to insure returns. Sorry, no C.O.D.

Exchanges will be shipped as soon as possible, but please allow up to two weeks from the time you returned the merchandise to receive the exchange. The customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping returned merchandise to Great Lengths. Great Lengths will pay for the cost of shipping the replacement item to the customer. Please allow two weeks for processing returns. Please allow one to two billing statements for credits to appear on your charge card.

    GUIDELINES FOR RETURNING SHORTS

    Shorts purchased through Great Lengths may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price or exchange within 30 day of receipt. Please do not remove tags from item. To expedite return/exchange, please fill out return form provided on the reverse side of the sales receipt. Items may be returned in the original shipping bag. Priority mail bags and boxes are available free of charge at your local US post office.

    GUIDELINES FOR RETURNING FORMAL WEAR

    Great Lengths offers a full satisfaction guarantee on its formal wear. However, return guidelines do apply. You MUST follow these guidelines or your return/exchange will not be accepted:

    1. All return must be made within 7 days of receipt of item.. If you need an exception to this, you must contact Great Lengths' customer service via email at comments@greatlengthsshorts.com or by phone at 435-734-0100 within 5 days of receipt for special approval.
    2. All tags MUST still be attached to the dress. If tags have been removed, the item cannot be returned.
    3. All items MUST be unworn and unaltered in any way. If item has been worn (other than the initial try on) or is soiled in any way (makeup, deodorant, food, dirt, etc.) the return cannot be accepted.
    4. Dress MUST be returned in a box, either the original box that it was shipped in or a box from the post office would work. Please fill out return form on the reverse side of the sales receipt to expedite the return or exchange.
    5. If you ordered two or more dresses from Great Lengths, you WILL be charged a $15 restocking fee for each dress returned.
PURCHASING MULTIPLE FORMAL GOWNS

Great Lengths discourages purchasing multiple gowns simply for the sake of “trying them on”. We find that this practice can significantly limit the number of dresses that are available to our other customers. IF YOU ORDER TWO OR MORE GOWNS, YOU WILL BE CHARGED A $15 RESTOCKING FEE FOR EACH GOWN RETURNED.

Please know that we are always happy to help you with any individual sizing questions. We want you to get it right the first time! You are welcome to call us at 435-734-0100 with your measurements and we will help you select the correct size. The sizing and fit on our gown is generally accurate.

Bridal Parties, etc.: We are always happy to assist you if you are ordering multiple gowns for a bridal party or special group. Please contact us by phone at 1-800-308-6009 ext. 55 as we may need to special order some of the dresses to complete your party. We generally suggest ordering at least 12 weeks prior to your event to allow time for special orders. We offer a 15% discount to brides who order 3 or more dresses.

SAFE AND SECURE ORDERING

We guarantee that you will be able to use your credit card safely and securely while shopping at Great Lengths. Online ordering is safe at Great Lengths because state-of-the-art encryption software called Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology is used. The software that our system utilizes uses 128-bit encryption technology. This means that the data you send to us is strongly encrypted and would be extremely difficult for anyone else to decode.

The portion of the Great Lengths site that is secure is the checkout area. This is where you purchase the items you've put in your shopping cart and enter your personal shipping and billing information. The entire checkout process takes place in a secure environment.

There are several ways to confirm that you are in a secure area. You may notice a closed lock or unbroken key at either the bottom left or bottom right corners of the page when you enter the Checkout area. This means that your browser has opened a secure connection with our site. You can also tell when you are in a secure area because the URL line of your browser changes from "http" to "https." This signifies that a SSL protocol is being used to communicate with the server. Please note that e-mail is not encrypted and is not a secure means for transmitting information.

PAYMENT METHODS ACCEPTED

The following credit cards are accepted for on-line purchases: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover/Novus. Your credit card will be charged when your order is shipped. If you prefer to pay by check or money order, please select the fax/mail option at the credit card prompt during check out. Great Lengths reserves the right to hold orders that have been paid for by check for up to 10 days until the check has cleared.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

When you place an order with Great Lengths, you can be confident that your order will be shipped promptly. If your order includes any sold out or back ordered items, you will be notified via email. All U.S. orders are shipped via 2-3 Day Priority Mail through the US Postal Service. All orders outside the U.S. will be shipped via Airmail or US Global Priority. Shorts and formal wear will be shipped separately in the US.

Orders for shorts are usually shipped within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). You will be notified promptly by email if any items are sold out or back ordered. Please allow 2 weeks to receive your order before contacting us. Allow additional time for International orders.

Orders for formal wear are usually shipped within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) of receiving the order. For your protection, Great Lengths provides free delivery confirmation for all formal wear purchases. You will be notified promptly by email if any items are sold out or back ordered. Please allow 1 week to receive your order before contacting us. Allow additional time for international orders.
